For decades, I have lived and thrived in the world of independent freedom as a professional court reporter and captioner. I've spent my entire career mastering the exact operational foundation you need right now: how to successfully run a structured, independent business without a corporate boss looking over your shoulder.

As a captioner and court reporter, my front-row seat was often inside high-stakes legal and corporate environments. Day in and day out, I literally simultaneously lived and documented the heavy toll that the corporate grind takes on brilliant women. I not only felt but witnessed the burnout, the exhaustion, and the stress daily.

I watched the corporate machine drain creative women of their energy, leaving them with absolutely nothing left for their true passions. We were not put on this Earth to just survive by working, paying bills, and crashing at the end of the day.

Because I am also an ISSA Transformation Specialist and a Health Coach Institute Certified Coach, I looked at this corporate burnout through a unique lens. I realized that women over 50 don't just need a standard business plan to escape their jobs—they need a physical and mental intervention to rebuild the stamina required to bring their creative visions to life.

I built Job Jailbreak to be that bridge. I combine my decades of real-world experience running a successful independent business with my professional health and transformation certifications. I don't teach you how to build a stressful corporate empire, nor do I teach you how to sell cheap $5 crafts on Etsy.
